Hello,

This looks like the attachment that goes with our S795 channel balance but due to the groove in your attachment, you will not be able to replace the t-lock shoe alone. You'll need new S795 balances, as well as the 15-195B shoes with open cams, which do not come standard with the S795 but can be purchased separately and easily swapped out.

Feel free to show us a photo of your entire balance removed from the window and the stamp number on the metal channel for us to confirm. Thank you!

Unfortunately, manufacturer stickers don't tell us much about your hardware. There is a good chance that you could use our S795-30 with a 30B spring strength option, replacing the stock shoe with the 15-195B, but keep in mind that ours installs with a screw tab at the end of the cord, while some balances use a hook. Take a look and see what you think.
