Replacement pivot shoe

Hi I need some help my windows will not stay open I attached a photo of the parts I may also need the balance rod as mine is a spring can you tell what parts I need

Hi, Ton. Your pivot shoe looks like it could be our 15-129. Can you compare your dimensions to ours ? This shoe is often used with the series 770 balance. Feel free to send us a photo of your balance if you need help identifying it.
