Replacement pivot shoes 17/32" x 1 1/4" x 2 1/8"

Question

The pivot shoes have a lock mechanism, when I tilt the windows inward the shoes lock in place preventing me from raising one side to remove the window.  How do I remove the window?

Thank you for bearing with us during this busy season. We don't sell a pivot shoe with your exact specifications. According to our records, the 15-046 should be able to replace your old shoe but this is 1/2" thick. That's very close to your measurement so it couldn't hurt to double-check. Take a look and see what you think.
