Replacement plastic piece from window

A home owner from Minneapolis says:
I ordered some Channel Balances from your company and when replacing them I realized there was a plastic piece on the window that had also broken. I've attached two pictures - one of the side where the plastic piece is missing and one of the side where the plastic piece is in place. I need to find a replacement but not sure where to start as I do not know what this piece is called. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It's hard to tell which sash guide you need by the sent images, but start by comparing it to the 18-073 top sash guide, and check out the guides on the right side of the page.
