Replacement sash balences

We are doing a project for the Minnesota Historical Society and they want to replace all of the spiral spring balencers in a 1940's +/- cabin. Attached photo's show the originals no markings that we could find. They do not tilt and they measure 5/8" diameter. We have 24-27" that pair with 24-25" on 12 pound sash. Then 4-23" that pair with 4-21" on 11 pound sash. Finally 2-17" that pair with 2-15" on 10 pound sash. For a total of 15 double hung windows. We would appreciate your recommendations please. Thanks

Thanks for posting. I recommend you consider our Series 500 spiral balance, as well as a 17-012 bracket. This set up is used by many service people for old wood windows. Check it out and let me know what you think. You may also want our 75-005 charging tool.
