Replacement shoe

I am looking for a replacement part for my double hung vinyl window. The metal shoe in the part broke and the window will not lock in and won't stay open. If a replacement part can be found that would be great but most importantly how to remove the broken part and replace with with a new one.

Hi there! I believe that you can use our 15-215 shoe as a replacement for your original. Look it over and let me know if you agree.
