I broke one of the shoes on this window and need a replacement. I might buy two and just replace them both. I think I also need the spreaders you sell, as I don't see a cutout anywhere up or down the track. Finally, I think I need a spiral window return charging tool.

Hello, Brian. For the charging tool, see our 75-006. As for the jamb spreaders, I wouldn't buy that unless you plan on repairing a ton of windows; that's a tool we really only recommend for professionals. It would be a lot easier (and less expensive) for you to just make your own cutout. The video below will go into more detail.
Finally, concerning the pivot shoe itself, can you tell me its width and thickness? Those are the most important dimensions. You will need to remove it to get an accurate measurement of both, too, which is why I recommend avoiding the jamb spreaders.
