Replacement slide for double hung window

Don?t know window make. Part shown with tape is broken and looking for replacement. Part shown holds window via pin and slides with the aid of attached spring which attached to the top of slide which is broken off Bottom of piece hold window via pin. Top (broken off) attaches to spring which when working counterbalances window bottom half
