Replacement sliding door handle and lock assy

This looks like an incredibly old door. I don't think you're going to find a replacement handle set for it anywhere. Your best bet would be a surface-mount handle set like our 82-005, though there's a good chance you'll need to drill new holes for it to install. Look it over and see what you think.
