Replacement sliding door lock

Question

Our sliding door lock does not properly work. As you can see from the picture, only one latch/hook works when you try to lock the door. The bottom latch/hook does not come out.

1. Which part number is this?
2. Do I also need to replace the door handle as well?

Thanks for posting. The mortise lock is likely our 82-265. Look it over and see if you agree. For a new keeper, see the 82-249.

As far as replacing the handle set, remove it from the door and give it a look. If the thumb lever and other components seem undamaged, then you should be fine reusing it. Otherwise, see our 82-089 or keyed 82-086.
