Hi,
I need to replace several spiral balances in my 23-year-old windows. Non-tilting, vertical single hung. The sash weight is 17 lbs. The attached photo shows the business end with no visible color insert. The balance is 3/8" diameter and 30 inches long. Thanks

Hi there!
My recommendation would be our 3/8" Series 400 spiral balance for non-tilt windows. You would just need to match up your sash weight using the chart under the product description to determine the appropriate color tip for your replacements. Note when determining length, you only want to measure the outer tube of the balance.
