Hello,

I'm looking for the right replacement parts for spirals(red) and accompanying pivot shoes for PGT Windows series DH 460 / 560. I've attached everal pics.

Hello,

I would recommend starting by removing an undamaged pivot shoe from one of our your windows to compare to the 15-129 shown below.

You'll also need to confirm your balance housing length and diameter to choose between the 3/8" S900 and 5/8" S600 spiral balances with red tip options. Thanks for posting!

For the balances, I'm pretty sure that the 5/8" S600 series will match my parts.

For the pivot shoes, my damaged ones look very much like the pics now attached below (eg brass metal bracket at the very top of lock). I'm guessing that the Swisco 15-129 will also work so long as the dimensions match my old pivot locks. I will be obtaining all dimensions in a couple weeks to really be sure. I think that matching the thickness and width are the most important specs (with height having some leeway).

You are correct that as long as the width and thickness of the 15-129 matches your part, I see no obvious reason why it wouldn't work for your repair. Just let us know if you have any other concerns.

Wohoo! Shoes measures 1 1/4" wide, so Swisco 15-129 should work. Thank you very much. My order is on it's way today.
