Replacement springs for double hung window

Question

I have this: Wire coiled spring, light purple color on top attachment point, to a plastic holder.
and want replacements as several of my double hung windows "sag". Thank you, Mark

Unfortunately, we do not carry a replacement for the Jamb liners or the naked springs shown in your photo. The only part we can supply would be the 15-104 friction shoe shown below. If you need all the hardware replaced, your best bet would be to reach out to the window manufacturer or a local millwork if you have wood windows. I'm sorry we won't be able to offer more assistance with a complete repair, but please let us know if you have any other hardware questions. Thanks for posting.
