Replacement springs and clip

I am a contractor in Cornelius NC, and I am trying to repair the counterbalance spring hardware for a customer's wood double hung windows. These springs and clips are installed inside a plastic window track. Would you have access to this hardware?

Hi Jon. While this shoe attachment looks like our 15-104 Caradco Friction Shoe, the springs themselves we do not sell, as this is part of a jambliner system. We don't replace jambliner systems, but if you contact your local millwork, they should be able to set you up with what you need. Sorry we can't be of more help, and many thanks for considering our business.
