I am a contractor in Cornelius NC, and I am trying to repair the counterbalance spring hardware for a customer's wood double hung windows. These springs and clips are installed inside a plastic window track. Would you have access to this hardware?

Hi Jon. While this shoe attachment looks like our 15-104 Caradco Friction Shoe, the springs themselves we do not sell, as this is part of a jambliner system. We don't replace jambliner systems, but if you contact your local millwork, they should be able to set you up with what you need.
