Replacement tie bars

Question

Hi I'm looking for 4 replacement tie bars for my Nami casement windows, as well as 2 new crank mechanisms (part name?). I have included a picture of the window sticker if that info is helpful.

To know what Tie Bar you need, we'll need to see a picture of its entirety, out of the window, so we can assess the number of rollers and lock drive points it has. For new Tie Bar Guides, see our 39-417; while it has a different style, I think it can work for you all the same. For your Casement Operators, start by looking at our 39-253LB and 39-253RB. Look over all the dimensions, including the attachments at the end of the link arms, to see if these match what you need.
