Hello I'm looking for replacement shoes and balances for year 2000 Napco tilt windows with spiral balances

Hello,

We've used the 15-129 pivot shoe for similar Napco windows that we've worked on in the past. Keep in mind that the height of the pivot shoe is not as important as the width and thickness.

The balance resembles the (5/8") S600-28 with a red tip. We also recommend the charging tool, 75-006, to charge the balance and help with installation. Thank you.
