Hello could you please tell me the part number this is. It looks 2 1/4 inches long, 1 1/4 inches wide and a half inch thick. Thank you for your help.

Hello!

It appears you are showing the discontinued Silverline/American Craftsman pivot shoe. They now use the 15-046 for either the Series 600 balance or Series 765 channel balance. Compare the specifications with yours and see what you think.
