Hi! We are looking for replacement wheels for our sliding glass door. All we can see is KILIAN TORONTO CAN., SYRACUSE NY. Help please ??

This might be the inner portion of the 81-258. You'll need to compare the entire assembly to our dimensions and see if it matches up for what you need.

Hi Emily thank you so much for your help with this. The part that you linked was very similar but not exact. I am attaching another photo that has the main difference circled. I tried to call your company but I wasn't able to speak with anyone.

The roller in your pictures appears to be only the inside portion of the roller assembly. There should be an outer housing, perhaps still installed in the door. You'll just need to remove that outer housing and then compare your dimensions to ours. Take a look at a previous discussion here where a customer with the same roller had a similar concern as yours.
