Hi two of my windows will not stay up this piece is broken on the lower shash trying to identify what part I need to replace? thank you

Hi Candice. I recognize this pivot shoe, and I am pretty confident we could help, but I need to verify one thing before proceeding. Can you show me the coil balance springs further up the window track that this shoe attaches to? Also, is there any label on the window that indicates what make it is? Is this a 'Simonton' window? We'll narrow it down from there. Thanks.

I am in need of replacement parts for some of my windows. They will not stay open and one of the widow's tilt latch broke. Can you help me find the parts I need? There are three windows that will not open and tilt right and one that the tilt latch is broken. Any help you have I would appreciate.

Hi Candice, thanks for the new photos. This is a Simonton Coil Balance system that is no longer made, but our 15-259 Pivot Shoe and Series 159 Coil Balance springs can replace it. The video below shows how. Let us know if you have further questions.
