Replacement window balance needed

Question

My window coil spring balance is broken in half. Can you tell me what the replacement part number is? I looked through the examples on your website and found a coil that is similar but it does not have the hook on the end needed to lock into the shoe. The window sash is 29x29.

Your pivot shoe looks like our 15-177, which works with our S152 coils springs. The metal coils in your photo are no longer being made but the S152 should work just fine since they attach to the same pivot shoe. Take a look and let us know if you have any other questions. Thank you!
