Replacement window balance shoes

I am looking for replacement balance shoes for a Milgard window.  The balance is a 25-5 and 26" in length.  The sash is 24lbs. Photos of the broken balances and shoes are attached. It looks as though a metal clip is also needed between the shoe and the balance. This part is also needed as it's missing on other balances that broke.

Many thanks for your correspondence. The pivot shoe looks like our 15-231. If your tilt channel balance is broken, I believe you ought to be able to use our S770-26 as a replacement. For a 25 lb sash, use a 26D spring weight.
