Replacement window balancer

I need to replace window balancers in old wooden windows. Not sure if you would have replacements. I thought they went up through the top of the frame but I could be mistaken.

Hello,

It looks like you might need either our S400 or S500 spiral balances for non-tilt windows but you'll need to remove yours and measure the tube length and diameter to choose the correct replacement. Thank you!

Hello.
Tube is 23 1/6 long (plastic)
Yellow bushing
Appears to be a tiny bit over 1/2 inch wide
Lower mount bracket about 2 1/2 long under window

Take a look and compare our S500-23 spiral balance with a 5/8" diameter tube, as well as the 17-012 bracket. Thanks for posting!
