Replacement window balancer

I have attached photos of an intact balancer with stamping C 3330 on it. It is 33 inches in length, 1/2 inch in depth, and 1/2 inch wide. It is U shaped. It only had a screw at top attaching it to the frame. No spacer was attached. Window has date of Jan 1995. THANKS.

Thanks for posting. If the metal channel is 33" long, then it looks like you have an S770-33 Channel Balance. You have to choose a stamp option, which reflects the strength of the balance. Your old balance's stamp of 3330 might cohere to our stamp of 33C, which designates a balance that will support a window sash in the weight range of 20 through 25 pounds. You can always weigh your window sash to see if it fits that range to be safe. 

For the pivot shoe, see if the 15-129 matches up. Let me know if you have further questions.
