The metal portion of the balancer is ~21" long and the shoe is ~1" deep.

If you have wings on the top and bottom attachments and a 1" deep shoe, then you have a Series 380 balance. A 21" channel means you need S380-21, and you should suspect that you have a 2040 stamp option for a window sash weighing 15 to 23 pounds, due to the code of "20 4" on the old balance. Double check the weight to be sure, and then you can place an order on our site!
