Replacement window balances for non-tilt windows

Question

The metal measures 26", the window weighs 24.2 lbs. We need to order a total of 4 channel balances for 2 windows. There are no identifying #'s on the ones we have. Window are approx 25 yrs old. Please let us know which replacement parts we need to order. Thank you!

Hello,

With this combination of attachments, you could have either the S380-26 or S385-26 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment.

You'll also need 2540 spring strength options for your replacement balances to support a sash between 19-25 lbs. Thank you and let us know if you have any other questions or concerns.
