Replacement window channel balance mechanism

Question

Need replacement parts for window channel balance mechanism. Mechanism is 28" long x 1/2" wide and has the following stamp on it: "Stamp 27-4 Caldwell. Photo 9652 is bottom of balance mechanism; photo 9651 is top of mechanism. Also need the sash cam that sits in the window channel at the top. Photo 9653 is sash cam in place in the window channel and photo 9647 is image of sash cam out of channel. Thanks for your assistance and let me know if you need more information.

Start by looking at our S385-28 channel balance. This appears very close to what you have. It comes with the 19-005 top and 15-004 bottom, so as long as those match what you have now you should be okay. I'd also recommend the 2740 spring strength option.

As for the top sash guide, we don't have your exact style but we do have the 18-161. You will need to cut down some of the top to fit under the vinyl sash. What do you think?
