Don't have much info on it. Haven't had a chance to remove the part yet. Window is a Simonton Window

Hello! Your old pivot shoe appears to be a match for our 15-199, which is designed to be used with either the 1/2" thick Series 160 or 3/8" thick Series 165. You'll have to measure your old spring to determine the proper size. You also need to get the stamp printed on the band to match up the weight rating.
