Replacement window crank assembly

Question

The arm measures about 9 inches. The house was built in 1960 and I assuming they are original windows. I am not sure of the brand of window as I didn't see any identifiers on it.

Please start by reviewing the style of the 39-031 and 39-032 or the 39-155 and 39-156 operators. The main difference between these two styles is the length of the short link arm. Please compare the overall dimensions and orientation to confirm the right!
