Replacement window hardware needed

Hi there,

I'm trying to replace a number of bad coil balance shoes and pivot bars on my Alside Series i201 double hung windows. The bars are approximately 2 1/4" long, and the shoes are approximately 1 1/2" x 1 3/8" x 5/8". The coils seem to be fine, it's just the shoes that keep breaking. Thanks!

Thanks for reaching out! Your pivot shoes appear to be an older discontinued version of a shoe we used to sell but is no longer available. The good news is that our 15-177 should work well as a replacement. Look over the dimensions and compare it to your existing shoe to confirm that this is the right replacement.

The are compatible with the Series 152 Coil Spring. To determine which coil springs are needed for your window, you'll need to look for any stamps/markings on your existing coils. If there are no stamps/markings, you'll need to obtain the exact window weight and divide it by the total number of coils in the window.

You pivot bar appears to be our 26-466. Look over the dimensions to determine if this is the replacement pivot bar you'll need.
