Hi,
I recently ordered a 39-014 - Casement Window Operator, 13-1/2" Arm from your website. It works perfectly however it's slightly different from my old hardware. The old operator is flat across the top and this one is slightly thicker with a curved top (see attached photo). I was able to make it work by shaping the wood and filling the gap with caulk. However, I need to order more of these and I would like to know if you have a flat top version.

Thanks for reaching out! The operator you've purchased is an updated version of the older operator. The one made with the flat top is no longer available from the manufacturer. Take a look at the 39-564 gasket to see if this will cover up the gap in your sill cover.

Thanks for the prompt response. That gasket is for a flat operator to fit into a curved hole. I have the opposite problem. Unfortunately the newer, curved operator is slightly taller than the old rectangular operator so I have to modify the wood sill to make it fit. I was hoping the old style was still available but if not, I will make do.

Ah, I see. Thank you for clarifying.
I'm afraid that Truth, the manufacturer, no longer makes operators in the old flat design. The new "elliptical" operator is the only version of this part currently made.
