Replacement window operators

Question

Hello,
My window operator won't fully close the window, I think the teeth are damaged. Can you identify this model? I couldn't find any manufacturer markings on the window. Thank you.

This looks like either our 39-253LB or 39-438B operators. The difference between these two assemblies is shown in the video below.
