Replacement window parts

Question

Hi, i need your help.
I am looking for replacement parts for my windows I need the pivot and spring as well as the spring loaded clip that holds the top of the window in place.
Any guidance is appreciated.

Thanks for reaching out to us. Your pivot shoe appears to be a match for our 15-177. Your spring may still be in good condition but if you wanted to replace that, too, then you can use our Series 152.

The pivot bar is similar to our 26-226. This is a separate piece from the pivot shoe, you just have to twist it and pull it out of the metal cam.

I unfortunately don't know what your tilt latch is. This is an internal type, so it's not possible to ID it while it's still in the window since it's covered. In order to narrow it down I will need you to remove it, or at least expose it enough for me to see the pat itself.
