Replacement window parts for Applewood Window

Quick Learner from Asheville NC
I have a window with 2 broken parts. The first is the small plastic assembly with what appears to be a round metal weight which slides up and down in the window frame and the second is the small spring loaded clip that holds the top of the lower window into the frame. The dimensions of the clip are 2 5/8" X 11/16" I have attached pictures, if better ones are required I will be happy to take them. I have tried to contact Applewood but have had no success and they do not appear to have a website.

Looks like you need a pivot shoe and some tilt latches, respectively. For the pivot shoe, see our 15-199. For the tilt latches, see our 26-244 and 26-243. Carefully look over our photos and dimensions and let me know if you agree.
