Replacement window piece

A quick learner from US says:
Not sure what to do here. Looks like I need something different than what?s here to have smooth operation and weatherize. The gaping holes are both top and bottom and the existing sash guides (although somewhat functional) do not appear to be native to my circa 1994 Milgard (stamped ?M.M.S. 94-8?

Also will need 10 x part # 16-002.
Help!
Thank you!

Hi Sue, Milgard customers have used our 18-188 as a replacement with success in the past. Look over the dimensions to be sure it will work for you, too.
