Attached are the two pics of my window slide tensioners. The manufacturer of the window is ELL-1 and model is A-L-I Validator ( I believe). It is a series 100 SH/DW(716/717) Single Hung window.
I measured and it is 16.5 in long with a whit end. I don't see a 16.5 inch style on your site so was going to go with a 17 inch. It is not a large window so I don't need the springs for a heavy window.
Could you tell me which one you suggest to get as a replacement.

Hello,
Unforutnately, we do not carry spiral balances in 1/2" lengths but either the S900-17 or S600-17 spiral balances should work for you depending on the diameter of your housing tube. Just make sure to replace the balances on both sides. Thank you!
