Your channel balance is a special type that we can't supply as a stock part. It'll need to be a custom order. Thankfully, your photos tell us about everything we need to get started, so I can email you an order link and price quote that will let you add it to your cart as if it were a normal part. I just need you to tell me how many you wanted to buy before I can do that.
The lock is discontinued and no longer made. However, you may be able to use our 90-252 mechanism and 90-253 cover as a substitute.
Finally, concerning the top ash guide, I cannot identify a match from these photos. I'll need to see an undamaged version. Specifically, I need to see it from the front and side. Think of it like a mug shot.
The closest top sash guide to your dimensions is the 18-188. Other people with Milgard windows have used it as a replacement, but you should still compare it to your original to confirm.
