I'm not sure that we have this exact roller, but the design is similar to our 81-157. Your next step should be to review the dimensions we show for this part to ensure that they line up. If they differ in any way, let me know precisely how and I can try to find something better.

The handle is definitely not something we sell. This looks very old. We do have generic options that you can retrofit, but if you want an exterior key lock then you will likely need to drill new installation holes. My top recommendation would be our 82-005 handle set along with the 82-306 exterior keyed pull (sold separately). As long as you don't mind drilling then these should function adequately for this application.

I agree, our 82-005 and 82-306 are likely going to be your best bet. They very likely won't be an exact fit, though, so be prepared to drill new holes for both the handle and keeper to mount.
