I'm afraid that we don't carry this exact pivot shoe. Our 15-177 is similar, measuring at 1-1/4" wide by 9/16" thick. It also uses our Series 152 coil balance, which just screws to the pivot shoe. There should be a spring weight number stamped on the old springs. For the coil spring housing, if you need to replace them, see our 15-150S.
