Replacing Andersen window parts

A handy person says:
Attached are photos of an Anderson 7073B R operator and 7047R latch. Appears the consensus is to use the Swisco 39-365/6 to replace the operator. Suggestions reg. the latch please? Needs to be in white finish ideally. Thank you.

You have an older style Andersen operator from the 1960's. I'm afraid we don't carry an exact replacement for it. Our newer style 39-095 is similar, but I'm not sure if it can be adapted to your casement window. Take a look at the 39-366 operator to see if this could fit into your existing track. If not, we do carry the 39-504 track which mounts under the sash, or the 39-520 which mounts to the lower face of the sash. The 39-366, in combination with one of these tracks, may just be the ticket.

As for the lock, take a look at the newer style 38-057 along with the 38-135 keeper.
