Replacing Caldwell window balances

A quick learner from Colorado Springs says:

HI I am in need of 2 balances and the clips for my window. I have uploaded pictures and the lettering on the old one is : BEA 27-5 AA2 CMC 11 The first letter is my best guess from the old unit.

Please e-mail me the part numbers that i need. Also, if you can suggest the name of the window manufacture.

Our home is in Colorado Springs and built 2000

That you in advance

Chuck

Thank you for your patience with us, Chuck. I believe you may be able to replace your balance with either the S380-28 or S385-28. You will need to measure the depth of your bottom balance shoe, like in the diagram below, to see which one would make the better option. Whichever you decide to go with will use a 2750 option. Review everything and let us know if you have any questions.
