Replacing MULTI-POINT MORTISE LOCK 11" (no face plate needed)

Please help to identify correct part for me, one of top latch shown in attached pictures become struck ..I guess needed for replacement. I measured the distance between screws as shown in pictures. the outer in between center of screws coming as 11inch and I posted along with other measurements

This looks like our 82-265, but the 82-239 is the version without a face plate. Take a look at both and see what you think.
