Replacing bad when do supports

I?m trying to replace about nine of these throughout the house.
Can someone please direct me to the right part numbers?

Hello,

Your pivot shoe resembles our 15-177 but you'll need to remove your hardware and compare the dimensions to confirm. The 15-177 uses the S152 coil springs to support the weight of the window sash. Thanks for posting!
