Replacing balance on my NH property.

A quick learner from St Augustine, FL says:
Can you identify a window part (and provide of course), if I show you pictures? My tenant said the was a "small grey price of metal on the floor). I'm guessing the spring steel broke but I am 1000 miles away :) Can I somehow download a few pictures? They were installed in 2007.

Hello!

The best and only way for us to identify your hardware is through photos so you came to the right place! It looks like you have the 15-177 pivot shoe that is designed to use the Series 152 coil springs. Look these parts over and let me know if you had any questions!
