Replacing broken balances

Need to replace some that are broken. 28" x 1/2". Numbers and letters that are on it 27 3 GW CMC 7.

Hello, James. Check out our Series 395 channel balance. I think this could be a match for your hardware.

Thank you for the help. Now I have another question about ordering the channel balance. How do I determine which option should I choose. What is the sash weight range. Is it the weight of the window the channel balance is holding or the strength of the spring? While the marking on it said 27 3 GW CMC 7. Will option 2730 sash weight range 13-19 be a close estimate?

Yes, a stamp of 27 3 often corresponds to our 2730 option. You could always weigh your sash to confirm, though. We have a chart of options on the S395-28 store page that shows how much weight each option can support. Just remove the sash, place it on a scale, and reference the chart.
