Replacing broken take out clip

How do I replace a broken take- out clip ? The clip has lost its tension and will not stay open.

Thank you for posting. This take out clip looks a lot like our 16-002. Check it out and see if you agree. Once they are in, they're meant to be in for good, so you would have to break the clip in order to remove it.
