Replacing casement window operators

Question

Hi, my windows are 20 years old. These two casement windows do not close any more unless I push from the outside. Also are rusted due to ocean proximity. I want to replace the mechanism plus the arms with stainless ones. I can do the install with instructions.

Hello, Gary. Sounds like you need an all new operator. Yours in particular appears to be a match for our 39-239C, which also happens to be stainless steel. Look this hardware over and let me know if you had any questions.
