Replacing missing channel balances

Is the window missing the balances the same type and brand of your other window?

I need replacement channel balances for 2 windows. I have photos I can send. One of the balances has BSI 2730 stamped on it. BUT the other window is the only one of its size and I'm not sure how to measure for a replacement and both balances are missing. The window weighs 17 pounds. can someone call me to help me order please. THanks,

The window missing the balances is the same type and brand as the other window just a DIFFERENT SIZE.

One of the balances has BSI 2730 stamped on it. BUT the other window is the only one of its size and I'm not sure how to measure for a replacement and both balances are missing. I have a photo of a measuring tape on the window. The window weighs 17 pounds.

The balance attachments look like 19-005 top and 15-004 shoe. Order S385-28 with the option 2730.
