Replacing mortise with handle

Do I need to replace the mortise when installing the Product Code: 82-086?

Well, that depends on what your mortise is. Assuming it's something like our 82-218 or 82-265 then you can reuse them without issue. If you have something else, though, then I would need to see it to confirm.
