Replacing pivot shoe

Hello these are pics of our old pivot shoe that is broken we ordered the one on bottom from you and it does not fit.  Could you help us identify what we need please ?

Hello there. You have an old Simonton pivot shoe that is unfortunately no longer made. While the Certainteed 15-192 shoe is similar in design, other customers have found it does not fit Simonton windows. You might be able to get it to fit by sanding down those alignment nubs on the face of the shoe--but we've heard mixed reports about this working, and note that modified items cannot be returned for refunds.

Your best would be the substitute option we've devised. The 15-259 Pivot Shoes will fit your windows. However, you'll need to also replace the coil spring systems with our Series 159 springs. The video below shows how.
