Replacing pivot shoe and coil? Not even sure

Hi. We need to repair but trying to identify these pivot shoes and what type of either spring balance, or coil balance would work. Tilting window.

Hello! Your shoe is an older style that is unfortunately not made anymore. The best option we have is our 15-177, which I feel very confident will work. It is compatible with all the same hardware, the only difference is the means by which the spring screws to the shoe: by sliding into the slot before screwing in rather than just screwing into the side.

As for the spring itself, that would be our Series 152.
